Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Dhaka. The Content Creator develops engaging content for digital platforms, including social media posts, product descriptions, blog articles, and promotional materials aligned with Motion View’s brand voice and marketing goals. Responsibilities include planning content calendars, collaborating with marketing and design teams, and capturing photo and video assets that highlight smart gadgets and tech solutions. The role involves researching tech trends, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance metrics to refine future campaigns. The Content Creator also supports product launches, campaigns, and community-building initiatives through creative storytelling and consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications

• Strong content creation skills for digital platforms, including writing, visual storytelling, and basic multimedia production.
• Experience with social media management and content planning across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Ability to conduct research on technology products and trends and translate findings into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and familiarity with metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Proficiency in Bangla and English, with clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Prior experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field; a diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related discipline is an advantage.
• Interest in smart gadgets, consumer electronics, and emerging technology; experience in the electronics or retail sector is a plus.
