Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team, providing backend support to our sales staff.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, price offers, and business proposals accurately and on time
- Coordinate and cooperate with salespersons to provide backend support
- Handle documentation using Microsoft Office applications
- Design and edit materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator when required
- Communicate professionally in English, both written and verbal
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience (Autocad or Medical Background is preferable)
- Must be Good in understanding English.
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work closely with the sales team
