To strengthen our Compliance Department, we are seeking a dynamic, competent, and integrity-driven professional to join our team as a Compliance Officer. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies while supporting the Company`s commitment to operational excellence and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines issued by BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL, BFIU, and other authorities.
- Monitor trading and operational activities for regulatory and internal policy compliance.
- Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure KYC, CDD, AML/CFT compliance and proper client documentation.
- Monitor margin operations, client exposure, collateral, and regulatory limits.
- Review market activities across Cash, Margin, SME, Spot, Block Market, and other segments.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, inquiries, and corrective actions.
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and compliance practices.
- Update policies, provide compliance guidance, and conduct employee awareness training.
- Perform any other compliance-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
- Experience: 1-5 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: compliance & regulatory affairs, regulatorycompliance, regulatory compliance, financial regulations compliance, regulatory compliance, regulatory compliance knowledge
