Papyrus FastQ (BD) Limited is looking for an experienced, proactive, and analytical Compliance Manager to lead our compliance function and strengthen our audit readiness, buyer compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

📌 POSITION

01 | Manager – Compliance

Experience: 5–8+ Years

Industry Preference: RMG | Textile | Apparel Accessories | Export Oriented Manufacturing

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

→ Lead and monitor the company’s overall Compliance Management System.

→ Develop and implement HR, Social, Ethical, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Workplace Compliance policies in line with local laws and buyer requirements.

→ Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, statutory requirements, buyer Codes of Conduct, and customer-specific standards.

→ Lead and coordinate buyer, social, ethical, environmental, and third-party compliance audits and maintain continuous audit readiness.

→ Conduct internal compliance audits, identify gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and drive effective CAPA implementation.

→ Coordinate with HR, Admin, Production, Quality, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety),Sales & Marketing , and Management on compliance related matters.

→ Monitor compliance documentation, licenses, certifications, policies, and statutory requirements.

→ Prepare Compliance KPIs, audit reports, risk assessments, trend analysis, and management reports.

🎯 THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE

✔ 5–8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in RMG, Textile, Apparel Accessories, or export-oriented manufacturing.

✔ Strong knowledge of Social, Ethical, Labour, Workplace, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Buyer Compliance.

✔ Hands-on experience managing international buyer / buying house / third party audits.

✔ Practical knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and factory compliance requirements.

✔ Strong capability in internal audit, risk identification, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and audit follow-up.

✔ Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. ERP / compliance management system experience will be an advantage.

✔ Strong integrity, accountability, ownership, and attention to detail.
