Role Description

Step4Progress is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Intern to join our Compliance Department.

This is a great opportunity for final-year university students or recently graduated candidates who want to gain practical experience in compliance, documentation, internal processes, and the international education consultancy industry.

• Assist the Compliance Team with documentation and record keeping.
• Review and organize student and application-related documents.
• Support compliance checks and ensure required information is properly maintained.
• Assist in preparing reports, checklists, and internal documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams when additional information or documents are required.
• Conduct basic research related to institutional, regulatory, or process requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive business information.
• Perform other compliance-related tasks as assigned by the team.

• Final-year student or recently graduated from a recognized university.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment.
• Previous experience is not required.
