Role Description The Complete App Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end software applications, including front-end, back-end, and database components. This full-time, on-site role in Bangladesh involves writing clean, efficient code, implementing user interfaces, managing data storage, and integrating third-party services and APIs. The developer will collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. Day-to-day tasks include code reviews, testing, documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Qualifications

• Strong Software Development and Programming skills, with experience building complete applications.
• Hands-on experience with Databases, including design, queries, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end technologies for creating responsive user interfaces.
• Experience with Integration of APIs, third-party services, and internal systems.
• Good understanding of software architecture, version control (e.g., Git), and testing practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Bangladesh, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in English.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks, agile methodologies, and security best practices is an advantage.
