Competitive Programmer Intern

DeshIT-BD is looking for a passionate and problem-solving-oriented Competitive Programmer Intern to join our software development team.

This internship is ideal for university students who enjoy Algorithms, Data Structures, Competitive Programming, and Problem Solving and want to transform their programming skills into real-world software engineering experience.

• Solve programming and algorithmic problems efficiently.
• Work with our development team on real-world software projects.
• Apply Data Structures & Algorithms to practical engineering problems.
• Write clean, optimized, and maintainable code.
• Participate in technical discussions and code reviews.
• Take part in problem-solving and technical learning sessions.
• Learn professional software development practices, tools, and workflows.
• Collaborate with experienced developers on real projects.

• Currently studying CSE, CS, SWE, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Regular experience with Competitive Programming / Online Judges.
• Experience with platforms such as:
• Codeforces
• CodeChef
• AtCoder
• LeetCode
• Other Online Judge platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of C++ / Java / Python is preferred.
• Previous professional experience is not required.

• Active participation in University Programming Contests / IUPC / ICPC-related contests.
• Good Codeforces or other Online Judge rating.
• Experience solving medium-to-hard algorithmic problems.
• Basic knowledge of Git & GitHub.
• Strong interest in becoming a professional Software Engineer.

Work Mode: On-site

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
