Job Description:

As a Community & Growth Representative, you’ll be the local face of DaakDen.

Your work will include:

• Identify local businesses that could benefit from DaakDen

• Discover photographers, videographers, designers, editors, content creators and other creative professionals

• Introduce businesses and creators to DaakDen

• Help businesses and creators complete their profiles

• Explain how jobs, bidding and hiring work

• Encourage businesses to post their first job

• Help creators submit their first bids

• Build genuine relationships with local businesses and creators

• Collect feedback and understand local market needs

• Organize small community activities and meetups when appropriate

• Identify local trends, opportunities and challenges

• Share regular updates with the DaakDen team

Your performance will be measured by the quality of the community you help build, not simply by how many people you contact.

• Completed profiles

👤 Who are we looking for?

You may be a great fit if you:

• Know your local business and creator community

• Enjoy meeting and talking to people

• Can communicate clearly in Bangla and English

• Are comfortable approaching businesses and professionals

• Understand social media and the creator economy

• Are proactive and self-motivated

• Can work independently within your assigned area

• Like building relationships rather than simply making sales

• Can identify opportunities and bring useful feedback to the team

Experience in sales, community management, marketing, freelancing, media, photography, videography, digital marketing or business development is a plus, but not mandatory.

📍 Location

Bandarban, Chittagong Bangladesh

You will primarily work within your assigned district or local area, with a combination of field outreach, relationship building and online communication.
