Communications Designer

The Communications Designer will be responsible for developing engaging visual communication materials across Shastho Limited’s digital and offline channels. The role involves creating graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, product materials, presentations, and corporate communications while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with both traditional design software and modern AI-powered creative tools to develop concepts, generate visual assets, improve workflow efficiency, and produce high-quality creative content.

• Develop compelling graphics for social media, website, marketing campaigns, product materials, and other brand communications.
• Create bilingual (Bangla and English) designs for all media using both traditional and AI-assisted design tools.
• Ensure all designs and AI-generated visual assets align with Shastho Limited’s branding guidelines.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visually engaging designs using AI where appropriate.
• Take feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine, enhance, and optimize designs efficiently.
• Develop social media content and creative assets using tools such as Adobe, Canva, MidJourney, and other AI platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic or communication design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as MidJourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
• Good understanding of Bangladeshi audiences, with the ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

• Salary: BDT 20,000–25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
• Weekly 2-day holiday — Friday and Saturday.
