Job Description
Communication & Stakeholder Partner Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time | 1–3 years’ experience WHO WE ARE Dialogue Partners is the ecosystem catalyst guiding Bangladesh’s Ready-Made Garments sector from cost-driven manufacturing to a high-value, sustainable, and digitally connected industry. We connect industry leaders, manufacturers, buyers, policymakers, development partners, researchers and other stakeholders to facilitate meaningful dialogue and develop practical solutions. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strong communication skill with structured approach.
- Prepare research papers and writing complex reports like whitepaper.
- Create briefing on weekly basis on industry update and market development
- Interpersonal skills and coordinate with stakeholders like consultants, external partners.
- Support roundtables, workshops and stakeholder dialogues.
- Engage with manufacturers, industry professionals, researchers and other stakeholders. HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
- Communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and in conversation.
- Turn complex information into simple, structured and meaningful content.
- Conduct credible desk research and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Keep stakeholders, research inputs and deliverables organized and update.
- Take ownership of assignments and deliver high-quality work within timelines. WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Strong, structured communication and formal writing skills.
- Ability to write clear research papers and professional reports.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Curiosity about business, industry and economic trends.
- Strong English and Microsoft Office skills.
- A proactive, organized and collaborative approach. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, International Relations, Textile/Apparel, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years in research, consulting, project coordination, market research, development projects, RMG/textile or a related field. Strong graduates with relevant research experience may also be considered.
