Role Description This is a full-time Commission Sales Associate role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in Dhaka with some flexibility for work from home. The Commission Sales Associate will identify potential clients, generate leads, and present property options that match client requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, managing client inquiries, negotiating terms, and supporting clients through the closing process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, updating listings, coordinating with internal teams, and staying informed about local market trends. The person in this role is expected to meet sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and represent AJWA Estate professionally in all client engagements.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Client relationship management skills, including active listening, clear communication, and follow-up.
• Basic understanding of real estate market dynamics, property valuation, and local regulations (Dhaka-focused preferred).
• Proficiency with common office software and digital tools for maintaining records, managing leads, and communicating with clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
• Professional demeanor, integrity, and commitment to delivering high-quality service to diverse clients.
• Prior experience in real estate sales or related fields is an advantage; familiarity with Dhaka real estate markets is a plus.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
