Role Description The Commis III will support the kitchen team by assisting in food preparation, basic cooking, and maintaining workstation cleanliness throughout each shift. This full-time, on-site role in Dhaka, Bangladesh includes tasks such as preparing ingredients, following standard recipes, plating dishes under supervision, and ensuring proper storage of food items. The Commis III will help uphold hygiene and safety standards, follow guidance from senior chefs, and assist with daily mise en place and stock rotation. The role also involves cooperating with other kitchen and service staff, communicating effectively during busy periods, and contributing to a smooth, efficient kitchen operation.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Food Preparation and Culinary Skills.
• Candidates should demonstrate solid Cooking skills and a basic understanding of kitchen operations.
• Candidates should maintain high standards of Hygiene and food safety practices.
• Candidates should have clear and professional Communication skills for working within a team.
• Beneficial qualifications include prior experience in a commercial kitchen, knowledge of local and international cuisine, and the ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
• A diploma or certification in culinary arts or hospitality, and willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays, would be an advantage.
