Role Description The Commercial & Shipping role at APTECH GROUP is a full-time, on-site position based in Gazipur. The role involves managing commercial activities such as handling purchase orders, coordinating sales transactions, and supporting key customer accounts. The individual will oversee shipping processes, including preparing documentation, coordinating with logistics providers, tracking deliveries, and resolving shipment-related issues. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure on-time shipments and proper inventory flow. The role also requires monitoring market and supplier information to support purchasing decisions and continuous improvement in commercial and shipping operations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, build client relationships, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Account Management skills to support commercial activities, maintain client accounts, and help identify opportunities for business growth.
• Candidates should possess Purchasing skills to manage procurement activities, liaise with suppliers, and support cost-effective buying decisions.
• Relevant experience in shipping, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Gazipur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, ERP or inventory systems) and strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a commercial or shipping role, preferably in manufacturing or distribution, is an advantage.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
