Role Description The Commercial Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chattogram. The Commercial Manager will oversee commercial operations, including pricing, contract negotiation, and business planning to support company growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, and ensuring commercial agreements are aligned with company objectives. The role also involves leading a team, optimizing processes for profitability, preparing reports for senior management, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications

• Strong Commercial Management and Contract Management skills to oversee agreements, negotiations, and commercial operations.
• Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to assess market data, forecast performance, and develop strategic plans.
• Team Management skills to lead, develop, and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business tools for reporting and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Experience in a commercial or business management role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Ability to work on-site in Chattogram and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
