Role Description The College Lecturer will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons to college-level students in their subject area, ensuring clarity of concepts and exam readiness. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and preparing lesson materials, conducting on-site classes, assigning and reviewing homework, and evaluating student performance through tests and assessments. The Lecturer will provide academic guidance, respond to student questions, and offer remedial support where needed. Additional duties may include contributing to exam preparation strategies, collaborating with other instructors, maintaining accurate academic records, and participating in meetings or training sessions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rangpur Division, Bangladesh, requiring regular classroom presence and consistent availability during scheduled teaching hours.
Qualifications

• Strong subject-matter expertise in relevant college-level disciplines and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated teaching, tutoring, or coaching experience, preferably with college or higher secondary students.
• Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive, respectful, and motivating learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Bangla; proficiency in English communication is an advantage.
• Ability to design lesson plans, develop study materials, and align teaching with board or national examination requirements.
• Comfort with basic educational technology (presentation tools, online resources) to enhance classroom instruction.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant academic field; a master’s degree is considered an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and reliability in maintaining schedules and academic records.
