Role Description The Cold Calling Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, focused on outbound calling to prospective clients in international markets during night shift hours. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, introducing 7CGI’s 3D visualization, architectural, and product rendering services, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team. The executive will maintain and update CRM records, track call outcomes, and prepare basic reports on call performance and lead status. The role involves handling client inquiries, addressing initial objections, and ensuring a professional, customer-oriented approach in every interaction. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to refine call scripts and outreach strategies is also expected.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Candidates should possess sales and customer engagement skills, such as lead generation, cold calling, basic negotiation, and objection handling.
• Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including accurate data entry, CRM usage, and basic reporting abilities.
• Candidates should possess time management and adaptability skills, including comfort with night shift work, handling multiple calls, and adjusting to changing targets and scripts.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including working with email, office productivity tools, and online communication platforms.
• Prior experience in telesales, call centers, or business development is preferred but not mandatory; familiarity with international client communication is an advantage.
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
