- Adjust coating rollers, machine speeds, and temperatures before starting production runs.
- Prepare and test coating mixtures to ensure the correct viscosity and consistency.
- Monitor machine gauges and observe the moving paper to identify coating flow issues early.
- Inspect coated paper regularly to ensure even coating thickness and product quality.
- Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain production standards.
- Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance team when necessary.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
- Complete production records and quality control documentation accurately.
- Experience: 10-15 years
- Education:
