Role Description We are seeking a motivated Co-Founder & Business Partner who wants to build and grow LalBari from the ground up. This is an equity-based leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about entrepreneurship and the food & beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
Help launch and grow LalBari's operations.
Contribute to business strategy and decision-making.
Manage or support restaurant operations, marketing, finance, or customer experience.
Build partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with the founding team to scale the brand.
Who We're Looking For
Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term commitment.
Interest or experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or business development.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to invest time, expertise, and/or capital into the business.
Integrity, transparency, and a collaborative approach to partnership.
