Role Description The Co-Founder role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhandaria Upazila. The Co-Founder will work closely with existing leadership to define strategy, develop new business opportunities, and oversee daily operations. Typical responsibilities include managing sales activities, coordinating marketing efforts, building and maintaining customer relationships, and monitoring financial and operational performance. The role also involves conducting market and competitor research, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to key decision-making on products, services, and partnerships. The Co-Founder will help build and lead small teams, establish efficient processes, and ensure that the business operates in a compliant, ethical, and sustainable manner.

• Experience in business development, entrepreneurship, or small business management is highly beneficial.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Basic financial literacy and familiarity with budgeting, pricing, and cost management.
• Comfort working on-site in Bhandaria Upazila and engaging directly with local customers and partners.
