About The Role

Domino's Pizza Bangladesh is looking for an experienced and results-driven Cluster Manager / Area Manager – Operations to manage multiple Domino's outlets within an assigned area. The role will be responsible for driving sales growth, operational excellence, profitability, delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and team capability while ensuring compliance with Domino's standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations of multiple Domino's outlets, including Dine-in, Takeaway, and Delivery.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, quality, and brand standards.
• Conduct regular store visits, operational reviews, and performance audits.
• Drive improvements in Delivery On-Time (DOT), delivery speed, order accuracy, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
• Achieve cluster sales targets and drive same-store sales growth.
• Monitor and control Food Cost, Labor Cost, Delivery Cost, inventory, and wastage.
• Plan and execute Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives to increase sales.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and manage Store Managers, Shift Managers, and Delivery Riders.
• Ensure adequate manpower, rider availability, productivity, and service readiness during peak periods.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline and drive employee engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, audit, cash handling, security, and company policies.
• Analyze key operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve store profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in the QSR industry, preferably in pizza or delivery-focused brands.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing multiple outlets as a Cluster Manager, Area Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of delivery operations, last-mile logistics, and store operations.
• Sound understanding of P&L management, sales, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and operational audit standards will be an advantage.
