United Healthcare is looking for a dynamic, organized and proactive Clinical Coordinator to join our growing Medical Services team. The position will play a vital role in ensuring smooth coordination among consultants, clinical departments, hospital management and other relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Medical Services and assigned clinical departments.
- Act as a liaison between Consultants, Doctors, Clinical Teams and relevant internal departments.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of clinical operational plans, schedules and departmental activities.
- Coordinate doctors' schedules, meetings, clinical sessions, and other departmental requirements.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on operational and administrative matters.
- Maintain and update relevant clinical records, reports, databases and documentation.
- Assist in preparing departmental reports, presentations, meeting minutes and correspondence.
- Follow up on assigned action points and ensure timely completion.
- Support the Medical Services leadership in coordinating departmental initiatives and projects.
- Ensure effective coordination while maintaining professional confidentiality and organizational standards.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting authority.
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: bachelor of public health (bph)
- Skills: healthcare consulting, sunrise clinical manager, emergency care coordination, referral coordination, healthcare management, appointment coordination, clinical management, medical staff supervision
