Client Success Executive

Magpie Nest Group is looking for Client Success Executives to join our fast-scaling, USA-focused BPO services operation. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who can communicate naturally with USA clients and understands the culture behind the language.

Role: Client Success Executive

Employment: Full-Time, On-site

Location: Magpie Nest Group HQ, Banasree, Dhaka

Working Hours: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Work Days: Monday–Friday

Weekend: Saturday & Sunday

Salary: BDT 30,000–35,000/month (Negotiable)

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and platform messages with USA clients and suppliers
• Support client inquiries, complaints, service requests, and account-related concerns
• Maintain accurate records of every client interaction in the CRM/internal database
• Coordinate between the USA team and Bangladesh-based operational departments
• Track unresolved cases and follow up until proper resolution
• Prepare summaries of client feedback and recurring issues
• Escalate critical or unresolved issues promptly

What We're Looking For

• A/O Levels; IELTS Speaking Band 7.5
• Bachelor's degree from a reputed university is an added advantage
• 1+ year of experience in client communication, customer service, or a client-facing role
• Freshers are also welcome to apply
• Excellent spoken and written English with natural, confident communication
• Genuine familiarity with USA culture through movies, TV shows, sports, gaming, or other consistent exposure
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM systems, and call platforms
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with USA business hours
• Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
• Strong ownership, follow-up, and problem-solving skills

You'll help ensure that:

• USA clients receive responses that feel natural and locally appropriate
• Every interaction is properly documented
• Unresolved cases are followed through to closure
• The USA team receives clear and accurate handoffs
• Recurring client issues are identified before they become bigger problems
