Client Services Intern

Role Description The Client Services Intern will support the client services team in delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with client communications, preparing meeting notes and summaries, tracking project status, and helping resolve client inquiries in coordination with internal teams. The intern will contribute to ensuring client satisfaction by following up on requests, supporting account managers with documentation, and helping monitor timelines and deliverables. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Uttara, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and active participation in internal and client-facing activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and active listening..
• Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Ability to work on-site in Uttara, collaborate within a team, and adapt in a fast-paced, creative environment.
