- Handle incoming calls and communicate professionally with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide information about architectural design, structural design, construction, and consultancy services.
- Follow up with leads and convert potential clients into customers.
- Respond to client inquiries through Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Provide basic technical guidance regarding building design and construction-related matters.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, draftsmen, and construction teams to ensure proper client communication.
- Handle client complaints and coordinate with the relevant team to provide timely solutions.
- Visit project/construction sites when required and provide necessary coordination and support.
- Maintain client information, lead records, follow-up status, and communication history.
- Prepare basic client follow-up and site visit reports for management.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing clients and support repeat business and referrals.
- Represent Hossain House Design professionally in all client interactions.
- Perform other related duties assigned by management.
- Experience: 1-5 years
- Education: bachelor of science in engineering
- Skills: responsibilities, construction management, client services, architecture design, client management, working with clients, client development, customer inquiries handling, client service, construction industry knowledge
