Client Partner / Sr. Client Partner

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Client Partner / Client Partner to drive new business opportunities, build strong relationships with brands and agencies, and contribute to the growth of our client portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and generate new business opportunities from brands, media agencies, and digital agencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos, and pitches to showcase AdPlay’s solutions.
• Understand client requirements and prepare proposals, media plans, and customized solutions.
• Manage the business development cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver client-specific solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue through new client acquisition and existing client relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, client servicing, or account management.
• Experience in digital media, digital marketing, ad-tech, media, SaaS, or technology solutions is preferred.
• Strong network with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers in Bangladesh.
• Proven experience in lead generation, relationship building, and closing business deals.
• Good understanding of the digital advertising and marketing ecosystem.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
