Role Description The Client Outreach Executive is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day outreach activities to engage prospective clients and maintain strong communication with existing accounts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lalpur Upazila. Typical tasks include identifying potential clients from targeted lists, initiating contact via email, phone, and professional networking platforms, and presenting Lead Expart’s services clearly and persuasively. The role involves tracking outreach efforts, updating CRM records, coordinating follow-ups, and scheduling meetings or calls for senior team members. The Client Outreach Executive collaborates closely with the lead generation and data teams to refine prospect lists, gather client requirements, and support ongoing sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills, including professional email writing, phone etiquette, and active listening.
• Proficiency in basic sales and outreach techniques, such as prospecting, lead qualification, and follow-up coordination.
• Comfort with digital tools, including CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and online research tools for prospect and market research.
• Ability to interpret and use data to prioritize prospects, track outreach performance, and report outcomes to management.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording client information and updating CRM and contact lists.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in B2B lead generation, telemarketing, or client support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lalpur Upazila and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
