## 📅 Work Schedule

🌙 *Night Shift:* Monday – Friday

🏖️ *Weekend:* Saturday & Sunday

## ✅ Requirements

* Freshers are welcome to apply, but if English is fluent can understand US and Canada Clients accent.

* 6 months–1 year* of experience in telemarketing, sales, appointment setting, customer service, or client acquisition is preferred.

* Excellent spoken English with a clear, fluent, and confident communication style.

* Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask and adapt to different campaigns.

* Punctual, reliable, self-motivated, and committed to long-term growth.

## 🎓 Education

* *O-Level and A-Level* candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

* Candidates with *IELTS, TOEFL, or other English proficiency certifications* are especially welcome.

* Applicants with exceptional spoken English may be considered regardless of educational background.

## 💰 Salary

*BDT 15,000 – 30,000*

(Based on experience, skills, and performance.)
