Role Description The Cleaning Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Tangail Sadar Upazila. This role is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, assigning tasks, and monitoring the performance of cleaning staff to ensure all areas meet established cleanliness and hygiene standards. The Cleaning Supervisor will inspect facilities, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and company procedures. The role includes coordinating work schedules, managing cleaning supplies and equipment, providing on-the-job training, and reporting operational issues or maintenance needs. The supervisor will also communicate with management and clients as needed to address service requirements and resolve concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess experience in Commercial Cleaning, with knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and standards for different facility types.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with staff, management, and clients in a professional manner.
• Candidates should possess solid understanding of Health & Safety practices, including safe use of chemicals and compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in a cleaning or facilities management supervisory role, basic record-keeping skills, and the ability to work flexible hours as operationally required.
