Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cleaning Specialist role based in Uttara Model Town. The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, and removing trash in assigned areas. Duties may include cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, maintaining floors and windows, and ensuring all spaces meet established cleanliness and safety standards. The role involves following checklists, using cleaning equipment and products properly, reporting any maintenance issues, and adhering to health and safety guidelines. The Cleaning Specialist is expected to be punctual, work efficiently with minimal supervision, cooperate with team members, and provide courteous service to clients and visitors.
Qualifications

• Experience with residential tasks such as Home Cleaning and House Cleaning, including routine and deep-clean activities.
• Skills in Commercial Cleaning for offices, shops, and other business premises, following professional standards.
• Ability to perform Window Cleaning safely and effectively, including glass, frames, and related surfaces.
• Knowledge of Carpet care, including vacuuming, spot cleaning, and basic stain removal techniques.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment, with the ability to follow safety instructions and guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow checklists and supervisor instructions.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift moderate loads, and move equipment throughout the workday.
• Reliable, honest, and respectful behavior when working in client spaces; prior professional cleaning experience is an advantage.
