Role Description The Civil Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for overseeing civil engineering aspects of real estate development projects from planning through completion. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, coordinating site development plans, and ensuring stormwater management and infrastructure solutions meet regulatory and safety standards. The role involves conducting site inspections, monitoring construction activities, and implementing quality control procedures to ensure work complies with design specifications, codes, and company standards. The Civil Project Engineer will collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal project teams, prepare technical reports and documentation, and support timely project delivery within budget and scope.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to develop and review structural and infrastructure plans.
• Experience in Site Development, including layout planning, grading, utilities coordination, and compliance with local regulations.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management practices and design, including drainage systems and flood mitigation solutions.
• Proficiency in Quality Control processes related to civil works, ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and technical standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; professional certification or licensure is an advantage.
• Familiarity with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar) and basic project management tools.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; prior experience in real estate or construction projects in urban settings is a plus.
