Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Brahmanbaria. The Civil Engineer will support the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, coordinating with design and site teams, monitoring construction activities, and assisting in resolving technical issues on-site. The role involves conducting site inspections, supporting stormwater and drainage solutions, preparing progress reports, and contributing to cost and resource planning. The Civil Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to maintain project schedules, quality benchmarks, and efficient communication across the team.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and general Civil Engineering practices.
• Candidates should possess skills related to working as Civil Engineers, including site supervision and coordination.
• Candidates should possess skills in Planning for infrastructure projects, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related hydrology considerations.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in infrastructure or construction projects, preferably with on-site responsibilities.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards, and apply them in field conditions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, basic design tools) and standard office applications.
