- Provide accurate interpretation between Chinese and English during meetings, production activities, and business communications.
- Translate official documents, emails, reports, and presentations from Chinese to English and vice versa.
- Coordinate with the Production team to monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth execution of production plans.
- Facilitate effective communication between Chinese Management and local employees.
- Prepare and submit daily work reports to the Chinese Management and communicate important operational or workforce-related issues.
- Review workers' monthly attendance records and assist in resolving attendance-related issues.
- Attend project and management meetings to provide language support and assist in operational discussions.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Assist the Chinese Manager during the onboarding and orientation of newly recruited employees.
- Support the Chinese Management in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Experience: 1-5 years
- Education:
- Skills: chinese language proficiency, administrative support, china business development, administrative assistance, interact with all levels of management, administrative tasks, interpreting skills, client liason, technical translation, production coordination
