- Identify, approach, and develop new fabric buyers among garment manufacturers, buying houses, and brand sourcing offices in Bangladesh
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Present fabric ranges, quality options, and pricing from Chinese mills to Bangladeshi clients
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs (minimum order quantities), payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with China-based sourcing/merchandising teams to align on fabric development, sampling, and order confirmation
- Track and follow up on sample requests, lab dips, and approvals between buyers and mills
- Monitor order execution — from PO confirmation through production, quality checks, and shipment — to ensure timely delivery
- Stay current on Bangladesh RMG market trends, buyer requirements (compliance, certifications, sustainability standards), and competitor activity
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management
- Represent the company at trade fairs, buyer meetings, and industry events in Bangladesh
- Resolve quality, delivery, or payment issues in coordination with China office and logistics partners
- Experience: 2+ years
