About the Role

TPHL is looking for a Chief Technology Officer to lead the company's technology strategy across our CRM, ERP and digital platforms supporting property sales, client experience and internal operations. This is a senior leadership position responsible for aligning technology investment with business growth, improving process efficiency through digital tools, and building a reliable, scalable technology backbone for a fast-growing real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead TPHL's overall technology strategy, aligned with business and sales objectives
• Own the selection, implementation and continuous improvement of CRM and ERP systems supporting property sales, bookings and client management
• Oversee digital platforms used for client experience, documentation and after-sales service
• Evaluate, select and manage technology vendors, contracts and service partners
• Build and lead an internal IT & Development team, setting standards for delivery, security and support
• Ensure data security, system reliability and compliance across all technology infrastructure
• Partner with Sales, Client Experience, Finance and Project Management to identify and solve operational bottlenecks through technology
• Advise senior management on technology risks, opportunities and investment priorities
• Establish scalable systems and processes to support the company's expanding project portfolio

Must-Have Requirements

• 10-15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, including CRM/ERP implementation and management
• Demonstrated experience leading technology teams and vendor relationships
• Strong understanding of system architecture, data security and digital infrastructure planning
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field

Preferred Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate, PropTech, or a related client-facing, sales-driven industry
• Experience implementing digital transformation initiatives in a growing organization
• Familiarity with the Bangladesh technology and vendor landscape

Trainable / Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Exposure to construction or project-management technology platforms
• Experience with property/booking-specific software solutions
