Role Description

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, responsible for defining and executing Bizazen’s overall technology vision and roadmap. The CTO will oversee software and product development for solutions like ZenVoice AI, ensuring scalable architecture, high performance, and secure integration with telecom and digital ecosystems. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading engineering teams, prioritizing and managing technology projects, and aligning IT strategy with business objectives and market needs. The role involves close collaboration with product, operations, and customer success teams to translate customer requirements into robust technical solutions and continuous platform improvements. The CTO will also establish technology governance, mentor technical leaders, manage vendor and partner relationships, and ensure compliance, reliability, and innovation across all systems.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Software Development and Architecture, with experience building scalable, secure, high-availability platforms.
• Proficiency in Product Development and IT Strategy to align technical initiatives with business goals and market opportunities.
• Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery in agile environments.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Background in telecommunications, voice technologies, AI/ML, or SaaS platforms is highly beneficial.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, integrations with CRMs and enterprise systems, and security best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
