Company Description YouthBees is an e-learning platform organization founded on April 21, 2021 by a group of progressive youth, focused on helping students learn new skills. It has grown into an online learning community with over 500 active members and campus ambassadors from renowned institutions across Bangladesh. Role Description The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohammadpur Thana, responsible for leading all technical aspects of YouthBees’ e-learning platform and digital infrastructure. The CTO will oversee software development activities, guide product development for new learning features and tools, and define scalable technical architecture to support community growth. This role includes developing and executing IT strategy aligned with organizational goals, managing technical projects from concept to delivery, and ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. The CTO will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor technical staff, evaluate emerging technologies, and support long-term innovation for the platform.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Software Development and Product Development to design, build, and enhance e-learning solutions.
- Experience in IT Strategy and Architecture to create scalable, secure, and maintainable technical ecosystems.
- Proven Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver technical initiatives on time and within scope.
- Leadership and team management abilities, including mentoring engineers and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Background in educational technology, online learning platforms, or related digital products is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with modern development frameworks, cloud services, and security best practices is an advantage.
