Q Hotel Dhaka – a concern of Quality Hospitality Limited – is an upcoming Five-Star Hotel with Multi-Purpose Office Complex featuring two independent 20-storied towers (built-up area more than 35,000 sqm) located at Purbachal New Town, adjacent to the 300 Feet Express Way. The hotel will feature 152 well-appointed guestrooms & suites (including 2 Presidential Suites), 4 international standard restaurants & lounge, multi-purpose banquet & conference facilities, outdoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, spa & wellness centre.
The hotel is currently in the pre-opening phase and is expected to commence full operation in Q4 2026. We are looking for a highly experienced, hygiene-focused and result-oriented professional for the position of Chief Steward / Assistant Chief Steward.

The hotel is currently in the pre-opening phase and is expected to commence full operation in Q4 2026. We are looking for a highly experienced, hygiene-focused and result-oriented professional for the position of Chief Steward / Assistant Chief Steward.
Job Responsibilities
- Overall management and operation of the Stewarding Department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene and equipment readiness for all kitchens, restaurants, bars, banquet facilities and F&B areas.
- Ensure all crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, service equipment and operating areas are properly cleaned, sanitized, stored and readily available at all times.
- Supervise dishwashing operations, pot wash, silver polishing and maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards as per HACCP and five-star hotel requirements.
- Manage waste management, chemical usage, water & energy consumption and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.
- Maintain accurate inventory of all stewarding equipment, chemicals, detergents and consumables; control breakage, loss and wastage.
- Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef, F&B management, Kitchen, Restaurants, Banquets, Housekeeping, Engineering and Purchasing for smooth operations.
- Prepare duty rosters, supervise stewarding team, conduct training on hygiene, safety, equipment handling and SOPs.
- Ensure all stewarding equipment is properly maintained and coordinate with Engineering for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene and environmental regulations.
- Assist in pre-opening set-up of stewarding operations, equipment inventory, chemical systems and team training.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Executive Chef / F&B Manager / General Manager as per business requirements.
