Role Description The Chief Operating Officer – Real Estate will oversee day-to-day operations across TTI’s real estate and property development portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh includes leading cross-functional teams, optimizing operational processes, and aligning project execution with the company’s strategic objectives. The COO will manage resource planning, vendor and contractor relationships, and regulatory compliance for all development activities. The role also involves monitoring financial performance, identifying operational risks and opportunities, and collaborating closely with senior leadership to support business growth and innovation in the real estate sector.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Planning and strategic leadership skills for real estate and property development.
• Proven experience in Operations Management, including process optimization, project execution, and team leadership.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, operational risks, and market trends.
• Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting for large-scale development projects and operational cost control.
• Extensive experience in real estate or property development at a senior operations or executive level.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
