This role will drive growth, operational excellence, profitability, and cross-functional alignment across the organization.
- BUSINESS GROWTH & PROFITABILITY
- Drive revenue growth, margin enhancement, and overall business performance.
- Drive business expansion, including new markets, products, and partnership initiatives.
- Drive organization results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the Chairman, Board of Directors and other key team members.
- Lead design and product innovation as well as R&D for new business development.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization to improve profitability.
- Identify key profitability gaps and implement improvement roadmap.
- Drive structured monthly and quarterly business review frameworks.
- OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Accountable for all operational and business decisions within approved strategy and budget.
- Strengthen sourcing, production, quality, compliance, and delivery frameworks.
- Overseeing the daily business and operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency.
- Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.
- Drive continuous improvement across operational processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Work closely with the senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and organization policies/SOPs.
- Establish a structured performance rhythm (monthly/quarterly reviews) to track progress and drive accountability.
- Vendor / Supplier Performance Management - monitor, analyze and evaluate vendor / supplier performance against metrics on a regular basis.
- Lead and oversee all business operations including sourcing, marketing & merchandising, design & product development, production, quality, compliance, finance, HR, and business development.
- Ensure effective risk management practices across operations, including compliance, supply chain risk, and business continuity.
- ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGY & ALIGNMENT
- Drive the organizational vision and mission, core values and corporate strategy.
- Drive the setting & implementation of strategic goals, objectives, budgets, and marketing & business plans to enhance the market status, profitability and return on investment.
- Experience: 16+ years
- Education: association of chartered certified accountants (acca )
- Skills: cxo, profit center management, ceo succession, senior leadership, corporate development, senior management, sector leadership, senior executive leadership
