Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function of a well-established apparel manufacturing organization in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role will partner closely with the leadership team to drive financial performance, strengthen governance, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and execution of the organization

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization

• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital structuring

• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency

• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks

• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

PRE - REQUISITES:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• MBA or advanced financial qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing or FMCG.
• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or Senior Finance Leader.
• Overseas or international work experience is highly desirable.
