Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and preparation of financial statements and reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the finance team, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards, managing audits, and monitoring financial performance against strategic objectives. The CFO will support the executive team with financial insights, risk assessments, and capital allocation decisions, while driving process improvements and financial controls. This role requires close collaboration with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals and support informed decision-making.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Finance, including Financial Planning and Financial Reporting.
• Strong experience in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements.
• Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating business performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Proven leadership experience in managing finance teams and implementing robust financial controls.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent, and/or a master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of tax, regulatory, and compliance frameworks relevant to Bangladesh and international best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems, financial software, and data-driven decision-making tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership and board members.
