Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership and overall direction for BIO-TECH BANGLADESH, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and long-term goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for overseeing all major functions, including finance, operations, sales, and business development. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and executing strategic plans, managing operational performance, guiding financial decision-making, and building a strong, inclusive organizational culture. The CEO will represent the company with key stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies, while identifying new market opportunities and driving sustainable growth. The role also involves mentoring senior leaders, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining high standards of corporate governance.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen with experience in Finance and related decision-making.
• Proven expertise in Operations Management, ensuring efficient and effective business processes.
• Demonstrated ability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to guide long-term growth.
• Experience in Sales and market development, with a track record of driving revenue and building partnerships.
• Prior leadership experience at senior executive level, preferably within biotechnology or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead diverse teams, foster collaboration, and promote an inclusive work environment.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred.
