About the Opportunity

Country Master Franchise Partner – Bangladesh

As the Exclusive Country Master Franchise Partner, you will establish and lead FranchiseBAZAR's franchise consulting and business expansion operations across Bangladesh.

You will represent FranchiseBAZAR's portfolio of 4000+ global and regional franchise brands and develop a national network of entrepreneurs, investors, franchise consultants, and business development partners.

Primary Focus Regions Include:

• Dhaka
• Chittagong
• Sylhet
• Khulna
• Rajshahi
• Rangpur
• Barisal
• Comilla

The initial focus will be on establishing a strong presence in the Dhaka metropolitan region, followed by a phased expansion into other major commercial centres.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect entrepreneurs, investors, business buyers, and SMEs with franchise and business expansion opportunities.
• Help Bangladeshi businesses become franchise-ready and expand nationally and internationally.
• Enable Bangladeshi brands to expand into India, South Asia, the Middle East, and global markets.
• Introduce Indian and international franchise brands into Bangladesh through structured market-entry and expansion support.
• Facilitate India–Bangladesh cross-border franchise opportunities.
• Deliver A-to-Z franchise development and consulting solutions.
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, SMEs, family businesses, corporates, and franchise brands.
• Build and lead a strong consultant and business development network across Bangladesh.

Country Master Franchise – Bangladesh

BDT ~10.21 Lakh — Payable to FranchiseBAZAR as the Country Master Franchise Fee.

BDT ~8.94 Lakh — Retained by the Master Franchisee for local business development, including:

• Office setup
• Recruitment
• Marketing
• Business development
• Local operations
• Initial working capital

A dedicated professional office of approximately 300 sq. ft. is recommended in Dhaka.

Projected Annual Nett Earnings

• Year 1: BDT ~43.66 Lakh
• Year 2: BDT ~84.29 Lakh
• Year 3: BDT ~1.36 Crore
• Year 4: BDT ~2.44 Crore
• Year 5: BDT ~3.92 Crore

These projections are based on the planned development of the FranchiseBAZAR Bangladesh business and its progressive expansion across the country.

Required Skills

• Strong network across business, investment, real estate, corporate, and entrepreneurial communities in Bangladesh
• Excellent business development and relationship-building capabilities
• Regular access to entrepreneurs, investors, SMEs, and business decision-makers
• Ability to recruit and develop consultants and business development teams
• Strong leadership and execution capabilities
• Excellent English communication skills
• Knowledge of Bengali (Bangla) will be a strong advantage
