- Ensure accurate cash management and accounting operations in line with company policies and procedures.
- Perform bank deposit and withdrawal activities as directed by the concerned department.
- Supervise and support cashier team members to ensure smooth checkout operations.
- Ensure adequate change funds are available at the beginning of each shift.
- Reconcile daily cash with system-generated receipts, ensuring error-free accounting and immediate resolution of discrepancies.
- Maintain all relevant registers, logs, and documentation with proper record-keeping standards.
- Identify and address accounts-related issues promptly to ensure operational efficiency.
- Detect and correct cash register errors, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Education: BBA or MBA, major in Finance or Accounting
- Skills: Analytical skills, Cash management, Basic computer skills, Petty Cash, Bank Reconciliation
