Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Financial Performance: Oversee and work closely with the Finance Team, align cross-functional activities, and ensure achievement of revenue, profitability and key KPI targets.
- Strategic Expansion: Analyse market trends, identify emerging opportunities and lead initiatives for sustainable business growth and expansion.
- Partnerships & Negotiations: Lead strategic partnerships, high-value negotiations, joint ventures and institutional/corporate agreements.
- Commercial Oversight: Provide leadership across Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Client Success, ensuring strong commercial performance.
- Business Growth: Develop new revenue streams, strengthen stakeholder relationships and convert opportunities into measurable business results.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or a relevant discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or CA, or candidates who have completed the relevant professional examination stages/papers, will be preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, commercial management, finance, strategic partnerships or senior leadership in education, training or skills development sector.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, networking and analytical capabilities.
