Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies and growth plans aligned with the organization`s overall vision, mission and long-term objectives.
- Identify, evaluate and capitalize on new business opportunities, market segments, strategic partnerships and revenue streams.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes and emerging opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead business expansion initiatives and develop actionable plans to achieve sustainable revenue growth and market positioning.
- Establish business goals, KPIs and performance measures and continuously monitor progress against organizational targets.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning and business performance, ensuring effective resource utilization and achievement of financial objectives.
- Analyze business performance, profitability, cost structures and operational efficiency and recommend appropriate corrective and strategic actions.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional teams and business units, fostering accountability, collaboration and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement effective policies, processes and operating frameworks to improve organizational efficiency, productivity and business effectiveness.
- Work closely with senior management and functional heads to ensure effective execution of strategic priorities and business plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners, stakeholders and other strategic networks.
- Experience: 5+ years
