- উচ্চমানের বাংলা খাবার প্রস্তুত ও পরিবেশন নিশ্চিত করা।
- রান্নাঘরের পরিচ্ছন্নতা, স্বাস্থ্যবিধি এবং খাদ্যের গুণগত মান বজায় রাখা।
- প্রধান শেফের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী রান্নার প্রস্তুতি ও অন্যান্য কার্যক্রম সম্পন্ন করা।
- প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী নতুন মেনু প্রস্তুতিতে সহায়তা করা।
- বাংলা খাবার রান্নায় দক্ষ হতে হবে, যেমন: তেহারি, পোলাও, খিচুড়ি, বিফ কালা ভুনা, চিকেন রোস্ট এবং অন্যান্য দেশীয় খাবার।
- আরবি খাবার যেমন কাবসা ও মান্দি রান্নার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
- সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে কমপক্ষে ৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
