Title: Channel Sales Manager (Autodesk software sales experience is MUST)

Work Set-up: Onsite

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Autodesk product portfolio and managing all business activities related to Autodesk within the Distributor organisation.

Core Responsibilities

• Partner Management: Recruit and onboard new system integrators and resellers in Bangladesh, building long-term business relationships.
• Sales Targets & Revenue: Drive primary and secondary sales to meet or exceed regional quotas and maximize market share for Autodesk products
• Partner Enablement: Train partner sales and technical teams on Autodesk licensing models, product features, and go-to-market strategies
• Market Expansion: Identify new vertical markets (e.g., architecture, engineering, construction, and manufacturing) to expand Autodesk’s footprint in Bangladesh
• Collections & Compliance: Ensure timely payments and collections from channel partners while maintaining accurate reporting and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a technical field (Computer Science/Engineering). An MBA is typically preferred.
• Experience: 4 to 8 years of progressive experience in channel sales, business development, or IT distribution, preferably with design software or SaaS products.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the channel ecosystem in Bangladesh and a solid understanding of Autodesk solutions or similar CAD/BIM software.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Deep familiarity with Autodesk’s licensing models, cloud products (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud / Forma), or platform integration systems.
