Centre Manager, Premium Banking - Distribution Network Division

The bank is seeking a qualified and purpose-driven professional for the following position within its Distribution Network Division:

Grade: AVP-FAVP

Job Location: Dhaka, Narayanganj, Khulna and Sylhet

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to banks overall deposit status by creating a high-quality depository clientele base
• Formulate sales strategies for all deposit and asset-based products
• Plan, organize and monitor business development plans and programs of Premium Banking to meet targeted results
• Closely monitor the services delivered to the valued Premium Banking customers to build sustainable customer delight
• Ensuring accountability for achieving overall team results
• Meet budget and maximize the Bank’s earning opportunities
• Upsell, cross-sell, provide regular market information updates and trend analysis
• Monitor Premium Banking frontline team to actively participate in Digital Activation of their respective assigned customers
• Responsible for enhancing and maintaining operational integrity across the full suite of products and processes
• Maintaining a strong working relationship with own team and cross-functional team for smooth operations of his/her center

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters/ bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in the relevant field, incumbents working in a supervisory role will get preference
• Ability to lead a dynamic team independently
• Expert in customer centricity, team player and keen to develop others
