Role Description The Caregiver role at Waada Wellness Care Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Gulshan. The caregiver will provide daily support to clients in their homes, including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, medication reminders, and basic health monitoring as directed by clinical staff. Responsibilities include ensuring comfort and safety, following care plans, observing and reporting changes in client condition, and supporting post-surgical and chronic care routines. The caregiver will also help with light household tasks related to client care, offer emotional support, and collaborate with nurses, therapists, and family members to maintain high-quality, culturally sensitive care.
Qualifications

• Ability to provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and safe positioning.
• Basic understanding of elderly care, chronic illness support, and post-surgical recovery routines as per clinical guidance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and show empathy toward clients and families.
• Capacity to follow instructions from nurses and physicians, maintain records, and report changes in client condition clearly.
• Emotional resilience, patience, and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to diverse cultural and family situations.
• Ability to work full-time in an on-site home-care setting in Gulshan, including flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Prior experience in caregiving, nursing assistance, or home healthcare is highly beneficial.
• Relevant training or certification in caregiving, nursing assistance, or health support is preferred; willingness to undergo ongoing training is essential.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read care plans, record observations, and manage simple documentation.
